Custom Post Type does not display header, footer, or page layout

Hi. I am using X-theme with Integrity stack. The plugin “WP Auto Listings” creates an index page and a Single Item page, similar to the Portfolio feature. But neither page looks like a page or post as styled by the X-theme. Neither page has a header, navigation, content styling (containers, colors, margins, etc), or footer.

The author of the plugin wants me to ask theme.co, “Do you support header and footer for CPT?”, which I assume is Custom Post Type.

Can someone tell me how to wrap the plugin’s output in the X-theme’s header, footer, and content container? You can see the problem here:

Thanks for writing to us.

Default Header and Footer will show if the functions called in archive pages.
Seems the custom archive page has been created for the Custom Post Type and the default functions like get_header and get_footer is not called properly.

Please check with your Plugin Developer on this.
