Hello Nimue,

You are using the Navigation Inline element which will display navigation links horizontally all throughout which device the site is viewed on.

For that, you will need to use a combination of the Hide During Breakpoints for the inline navigation element and the Navigation Modal element,

Click on the Customize option of the Navigation Inline element then hide the element to the mobile devices. then add a Modal Navigation element then click on its customize option and hide it on desktop devices.
