I would like to create a menu using custom links. The problem is there is no such option as you can see on the picture (I know the pic is in German. sorry for that).
What could be the reason for this? I installed the Demo “Agency”. I went through all the preferences of Wordpress and checked a lot of support forums for Wordpress too.

Thank you for the details. Custom links do not display because it has been disabled. You can enable it by going to the Screen Options. Please see the image below:
