Custom link menu item will not show submenus

Hi

I’d like these pages to appear in a custom link sub-menu (i.e. not a sub-menu of an actual page):

I set this up, but the ‘our services’ custom link (with a ‘#’) will not show these pages in the sub-menu (on mobile) it will ONLY work if they are in the sub-menu of an actual page…

Any ideas how I can fix this please?

Thank you for writing in, I see that your "Our services’ menu is an actual page now. Would you mind adding back the custom link so we can take a closer look?
