Custom Layouts are blank after update

I have 5 built layouts for some CPTs. I upgraded from 5.1.5 update to 6.1.2

Post update the default post layout was shown from my custom post types. When I went to the layout builder, the names of the layouts are there but the content is empty and it wants me to create from blank.

Is there any chance that you can create a staging area where we can look into your issue properly?

I created a staging site and update went fine.

I updated again on the live and it seems to have upgraded ok this time.
