Custom HTML not working (Pro)

Hi, I’m adding some custom HTML using the Classic Code Snippet but it is not working. The code is just showing as text.

Code is <?php echo do_shortcode('[iheu_ultimate_oxi id="2"]'); ?>

I’ve tried a shortcode as well but this also shows as text.

Hi, thanks for the tips - actually I used the Content Box instead and the original shortcode now works.

My understanding/definition of “content box” is different from yours and was thinking of it in the same way that Thrive have content boxes with customisable elements such as borders, backgrounds and icons. Would be nice if your content boxes allow for the same options that your other elements do including adding icons/images and padding/spacing (just a suggestion).
