This is a fast beginner question. I’ve played around with the default options for headers in the various stacks. But I was hoping to do something a little more custom. What’s the best way to implement a custom header at the top of the website?

The options for the header of the website is limited to X > Theme Options and inside each page the Page Options which you can control the Title. Other than that, you will need code customization to do changes.
