Custom header / One Page Naviagation not working

Hello, I have a page where I need a custom header.
I created the menu I need, I called it “Case Study Menu”. I created a header and assigned it to the Case Study Menu. On the page itself I selected ONe Page Navigation and picked Case Study Menu. But still it shows the primary menu and in my custom headers I see “not assigned”. But it is assigned.
What’s wrong??

It seems that there might be an issue with the cache. I went ahead and clear your WP-Rocket cache and set the header condition for this page. Please have a look at the given screenshot in the secure note.
