Custom Header Not Showing

Hello,

I have two headers:

  • Header one is the default header with 714 area code and is assigned to “Entire site” priority 2
  • Header two has a 949 number in the header and assigned to a specific page (Irvine) and given priority 1

Header two is not showing and default header 1 is appearing. Thought it may be a cache issue but have cleared all caches and issue is still occurring.

Can you let me know why this header is not appearing on the Irvine page?

Thanks for reaching out.
It will be very difficult to recognize the exact reason without investigating it through the WordPress admin dashboard. I would suggest you, please provide login credentials for your site in a secure note to examine it further, including:

– WordPress Site URL & Login URL
– WordPress Admin username/password

To create a secure note, click the key icon underneath any of your posts.

Hi Kimberly,

I have checked the Header and found the Priority is set to 2 and the Header currently showing is set to 1. I changed the page-specific header priority to 0 and now it is showing properly.
