I created a custom header based off of your templates. When I check my phone, the header is not mobile, how do I fix this?

Thanks for posting in!
Which template did you use? Are you using the Wanderlust header template? You must have removed the mobile navigations accidentally.
You may need to edit or redo the header template import and make sure that when you edit the header, you will not remove any other element. You will only have to reassign the menu and change the logo image.
