The subject line is pretty self-explanatory. Custom Header Menu not expanding on one header versus another.

Works on the home page - www revdevs com
Not so much on the blog page - www revdevs com/articles

Hi Christian,

Thank you for writing in, please decrease the z-index of that bar (in red), it should be lesser than the z-index of that first bar.
