Custom Header & Footer not Responsive

Hi there! I’m working on a site right now: https://stage.metalcraftersinc.com/

When I look at it on my iphone, the custom header and footer are not scaling to fit the screen - they are not responsive. My client, despite my advice to the contrary, really only cares if the site renders clean on a desktop screen, but it has to be somewhat “ok” on mobile.

I installed and activated a plugin called WP Responsive Menu, which solves my navigation problem, but the header area is still a bit of a mess to look at on mobile. Any suggestions? Thank you! :smiley:

Thanks for writing in! I have checked your header and footer and as it turns out, you have designed them for desktops only. Please be advised that your design does not automatically change its design responsively for smaller screens. You will have to design the header/footer for smaller screens as well. We highly recommend that you check out these video tutorials to know more about how you can create a fully responsive header or footer:
