Custom header/footer issue

Hello,
I have a problem since the last update.
I use the Polylang plugin to have the pages in FR/EN
The problem is that when this plugin is activated I can no longer have a custom header/footer.
Can you help me ?

Hi Michael,

Thanks for reaching out.
There is an ongoing conflict issue with the plugin and Header and Footer assignment. We have already reported the issue to our development team, but there is no solution till now. As a temporary solution, you can follow the below steps, every time you update the header.

  1. Deactivate PolyLang
  2. Delete the Header Assignment and modify the update
  3. Add the Header assignment back and save
  4. Activate the Polylang

Hi,
Thank you for your answer.
However, I can’t handle it.
I disable polylang, remove the assignment, save, put the assignment back and re-enable polylang.
I get the template’s default menu and not my custom header.
Before this new cornerstone, this manipulation worked (because it was already screwing up with custom headers/footers)
But that doesn’t work anymore.

Hey Michael,

Since your website is working before the update of the new Cornerstone. I highly suggest reverting it back to 5.1.5 while our developers are checking the conflicts.
