My custom header is not responsive on android and iphone. I was able to get the rest of the page centered with media queries but I can’t get my GIVE button to show up as it should on cell phones

What you can do in this case is to create another set of containers that are only visible on mobile devices with aid of visibility option:
On these containers, make sure to select Flex Direction > Column:
