Custom Fonts (woff) files uploaded to Font Manager - they display in the Font Manager, but are not displaying/available for use in formatting elements (headings, text etc) in page content.

Thanks for reaching out.
It seems that you have uploaded the font but not added it to the Font Manager. After you add the Custom Font to the Font Manager you can use it. I would suggest you go through the following video, specifically from 2:00min where it has been explained.
