Custom Fonts saved in Fonts Manager appearing fine on my computer, but not anyone else's?

I have several custom fonts saved in the Font Manager. The headings and body fonts are appearing correctly. But the button & navigation menu fonts, while look fine on my computer, does not appear correctly on anyone else’s computer.

I checked your site it seems that the font is working fine on my end. It might be the issue of browser cache or browser issue. I have tested it on Google Chrome version 120.0.6099.109. I would suggest you please clear your browser cache update the browser then recheck it. If the issue persists please let us know the browser and its version.

We’ve rechecked on multiple laptops and the fonts on the buttons are still not appearing correctly as shown on your screen shot - Noteworthy. One version of Chrome is 120.0.6099.130 and another 120.0.6099.110. Both with browser cache cleared. Please help!

I am another staff checking in and I am seeing the font correctly.

Have you tried using other browsers like MS Edge or Brave?
