Custom fonts not loading on mobile

Hi

I’m using a custom font for headers, which was added and managed by font manager. It loads and displays fine on desktop (all browsers), but has stopped working on mobile (Safari iOS).

Weirdly, the same font is displaying fine on mobile when viewing the staging server version of the site

Please do check your mobile browser’s cache. Have the cache cleared or use private browsing mode and test your site again.

Hi, unfortunately, no, it doesn’t. The custom font is still only displaying on the staging version of the site.

The fact that the font is loading on the staging website and not on the live website, shows that the Theme code is not on fault here and there must be a problem with the server settings on loading the fonts in the live version.

It must be something related to the cache. I also checked with IOS and for example, mine is working correctly. But it might be a cache problem both on your device or the server itself.

I suggest that you contact the hosting service provider and ask them that there is the same codebase for staging and live but the live version is not working.

Related to the same site, any idea why the button in my Convert Plus modal is working fine on desktop, but not on mobile? I’ve tried troubleshooting it with their help articles, but I can’t find a solution.

I’m sorry I’m not sure how to replicate the ConvertPlus issue. Would you mind creating a separate thread for this first? The reason for that is mixing topics in one thread often leads to confusion. This is not good both for customers and support staff alike because if we get confused, our response time could get affected.

In the new thread, detail what page you added ConvertPlus and give us a screenshot of the button. Also, post your login credentials there or post a link to this thread and tell us that you’ve already given credentials.
