Custom Font was working and stopped working

Hi there,

I have uploaded a custom font. When I first did it, it was working fine, then suddenly it stopped working. I followed a forum answer about uploading other versions of the font (woff2, woff, ttf etc. ) but now it doesn’t show at all. Thank you so much for the help! The custom font is Bakerie. I’d like that for my headings font as you will see in the customizer. Thank you!!

Thanks for writing to us.

It seems that the URLs are not fully replaced while moving the site from staging to productions and that causes the Mixed Content issue [ HTTP and HTTPS ] blocking to load of the Font files.
I would suggest you replace the URL properly and check this again, there are many URL replacement Plugins available in WordPress which help you to replace the URL.

Also, remember that the exact URL should be mentioned in Setting > General, WordPress Address and Site URL, including the protocol i.e HTTP/HTTPS.

Hello,

Thank you for your help and for taking the time to look into this! I made the updates you suggested and installed the plugin making sure to also change in setting the URL to https://naplesfamilyortho (before it was http://naplesfamilyortho). However, the font’s still do not show up. Thank you so much!

I went ahead and deleted the fonts and now I’m trying to upload them again but it seems to be giving me an error and I can’t upload them now. I’m trying to see what else I can do to fix it. Thank you for all your help!
