Custom Font upload error

Hi there,

I’m using Pro and wanting to upload custom fonts to use with in built Font manager. I get an

“Sorry, this file type is not permitted for security reasons.”

message when I try and import the fonts, how can I get around this?

Can you please confirm if you are using .woff or .woff2 file format?
I checked to import custom font on my setup and its working fine without error. Please try to generate the font here
https://www.fontsquirrel.com/tools/webfont-generator and try again uploading. If you still face issue please let us know your website details so that we can have a look.

Please provide following information:
Set it as Secure Note

  • Link to your site
  • WordPress Admin username / password
    All the best!
