Custom Font not working right

I have installed a custom font for my site https://kimbrar.sg-host.com The font should be Eras-Demi-ITC. I uploaded it as a Woff and followed the directions but it is still not showing correctly. Instead it is showing as a serif font. Please help.

Hello Kimbra,

Thanks for writing in! You are having the CORS (Cross Origin Resource Sharing) issue. The font is uploaded and has the font URL using only http while your site is using https. To get this resolve, please install Search and Replace plugin so that you can do the following:

  • Search for http://kimbrar.sg-host.com/wp-content/uploads/2022/11/Eras-Demi-ITC.woff2
  • Replace it with https://kimbrar.sg-host.com/wp-content/uploads/2022/11/Eras-Demi-ITC.woff2

If this does not help, please provide us access to your site so we can check it. You can create a secure note in your next reply with the following info:
– Link to your site
– WP login URL
– WP username
– WP password
– WP Administrator Role
– Confirmation that we can access and make changes to your site

Sorry for the delay in responding. I tried what was suggested and it did not work. I have sent over the info to log in/

Hey Kimbra,

The suggestion of my colleague would not work because In Settings > General, you’re still using http. Please change it to https. You can repeat the previous suggestion after that.

This is not an issue with the theme but rather with the WordPress setup.

I updated the settings and reran the plugin, but it is still not showing.
