Custom Font not showing

Hi,

I have uploaded a new font which shows perfectly on my cornestone dashboard but not showing up on my website. Screenshots attached. Any tips? It’s a woff file so I guess it should work right?

When I checked your site, the font is showing up. Please clear your browser’s cache and also try loading your site in incognito mode and other browsers.

Sorry I was testing a different one. It wasn;t the same one, that was a google font Lato and I am trying to use textgyre which has been uploaded to my font manager.
