Custom font not showing on Chrome on a PC

Hi,
I’ve installed a custom font and it’s showing fine on my Apple mac and phone but the client reports that it’s not showing on chrome on a PC.

I used https://www.browserling.com to check and she’s correct - it’s not showing.

Can you help?

An example is this product page where the ‘add on’ options should be in Brain Flower font

Hi There,

Thank you for writing in, you did name your font-family as Brain Flower, please update this:

h3.addon-name {
  font-family: 'brainflower';
  font-size: 35px;
}

To

h3.addon-name {
    font-family: 'Brain Flower';
    font-size: 35px;
}

Then clear your browser’s cache before you preview the page.
