I uploaded my woff2 file successfully.
I see it in the custom font drop down.
I’ve added it to the font manager.
However, when I preview the font, it only shows a serif font. When I try to apply the font to text, it also only displays a serif font.
The font I uploaded was a 900 weight sans serif font.
I did clear the style cache, but nothing changed.
Any suggestions on what I should look at to get the font to render?

Your process seems correct. You have also clear cache that’s possible root cause of the issue.
Can you double check your setup based on this tutorial?

I checked the video and I believe I’ve done the correct steps.

Thank you for providing the credentials. I checked your setup, it seems like the font you’re using doesn’t exist or it got corrupted somehow. When I tried to access your uploaded font, I received a 404 Not found error (see secure note for the font link)
Remove the old instance of the font from media library and upload the font again and make sure it’s uploaded correctly by accessing it’s link given in the media library.
