Custom Font not loading on Archive Pages

Hi there,

I uploaded a custom font in Fonts Manager:
2021-02-10_11h08_48

Then I use this font in a button on my front page (https://allesauseinerhand.click/otso/):
2021-02-10_11h11_08

The font does not show in the preview of the page (backend), but this is not a problem for me:
2021-02-10_11h12_02

It shows correctly on the page itself (frontend):
2021-02-10_11h13_07

So, what is my problem? I want to use the same font also on some of my archive pages of my custom post types, for example on https://allesauseinerhand.click/otso/tracks/. But there the font does not show correctly:
2021-02-10_11h15_08

After some investigations I found the reason, but do not know how to solve this myself. The reason is, that on the archive pages the reference to the font files are wrong - the slug of the custom post type is inserted:

Kind regards,
Björn

Part of the problem solved by following measure: Changed all remaining ‘old’ domain entries (allesauseinerhand.click/otso > iamotso.com).

Now on all custom post type archive pages it works, but not on my custom taxonomy pages like the one below (1 is the slug of the custom taxonomy, 2 is one term in this custom taxonomy):
2021-02-10_18h46_38

2021-02-10_18h48_00

Any ideas, what could solve this problem?

I’m dissapointed about the suport from Theme.co - In earlier days I got replies to my questions after only some minutes or hours, but until now I got no reaction on my post :frowning:

In the meantime I sorted it out myself. It was an error from my side. In my global CSS I had relative instead of absolute links to my font files:

Hi @bjoern_s,

It’s great that you are able to resolve the issue on your own.

We are really sorry that you are getting the delayed reply, due to the recent major updates there are many users who are getting difficulties and posting the tickets into the forum, and we are really trying hard to reply to those as soon as possible.
A self reply will push the thread to the bottom of the forum, and that is why you are getting a delayed reply.

Thanks for understanding.

Hi tristup
Ok. Thanks for clarifying.
Regards,
Björn

You are most welcome @bjoern_s.
