Custom Font Not displaying in Cornerstone

I have loaded a custom font into Cornerstone and it wont display.

I have enabled the font manager:

and loaded the custom text into Cornerstone:

It saves and loads into the global fonts:

When I go into Cornerstone the custom font is available for selection under the “text format” option but when selected the font doesn’t change.

Have tried the same process with various Google fonts with the same result.

Can someone please assist.

May I know which site has this font issue? And please provide your admin login credentials for further checking.

For the meantime, please make sure there is no active caches, else, please clean and deactivate them.

It’s happening on both the staging site and the live site. The live site is hosted on SiteGround and the staging site is hosted on Bluehost.

I will attach the login details to the live site in a secure note.

Hi Steve,

There are active caches, I applied the custom font as body font and cleared the cache and it works.

Cache are only recommended once you’re done developing your site, so please deactivate those features/plugin while you’re still working on it.
