Custom font no loading on some pages

I have added a custom font name “Allexis”. It was working fine then it stopped loading on some pages.

Effected pages are:

1. https://communik.in/design-brand-strategy/
2. https://communik.in/photography-films/

You can see home page for reference, how the font should look.

I have checked bit the pages and found that the allexis class has been added to the banner text which is having the font you specified.

If that is not the case and you are trying to point out something else, please provide any screenshot marked with the issue or any video that helps us to recognize the problem.

I checked your site and compare your homepage and inner page URL that you have shared with us, it seems that the Allexis font face is not rendering to the inner page. It might be due to a cache issue of plugin CSS that is overriding the font style.

For the quick fix, you can add the code given in the secure note. You need to add this code to Theme Option —>CSS

OR

We need to check your settings. I would request you, please share your details in a secure note. Please provide the following details meanwhile you must troubleshoot common issue before we investigate your settings.

• WordPress Login URL
• Admin level username and password

You can find the Secure Note button at the bottom of your posts
