Custom Font addition not showing up

Hey guys…I added a custom font to my website called Have Heart. There is a script and a regular version. Have it added in as a woff through the font manager but it isn’t showing up right. Can you help?

Thanks for reaching out.

I checked and I don’t see any declaration of font named Have heart. Have you applied it through Theme Options > Typography as well after adding it in font manager?

And please provide your admin login credentials in the secure note and we’ll check.

I did and nothing happened. I don’t want it throughout the whole site…only on a few sections I will choose as we go.

I’ll add credentials in a secure note

Thanks for the credentials and it works.

May I know which section have this font? I also checked and there is no selected font for Have heart font template.

And please disable the cache plugin where you’re testing it, cache is the opposite of change so you may not see your changes right away.

I thought I had clicked that. Thanks for pointing it out.

AS for the font, I am testing on https://www.haymakerco.com/haymaker-collective/ and nothing with the new font works. It just goes to a serif when I choose it. Anything on that page can be changed as it it not live.

Hi Chris,

I’m still not sure which text has issues with the font so I added a sample element at the top for testing and it works with your added font.

Is that the correct template? It seems you have removed the Have Hear Script font template

Hey Rad

Thanks for all of the help. Still, no matter what I do, it doesnt work. I did it in Chrome and Firefox. As you can see in the image I tried twice with the Text element. Nothing. I even cleared the style cache.

And I did take out script. For some reason it was only showing the regular version.

But I just figured this out while typing. It shows on the front end as the right font but does not show in the builder. Is there a way to fix that?

Hey Rad. I published it and went back to the builder and it’s showing now. I think we are good now. Thanks for all of the help tonight
