Custom CSS working in editor but not front of site

Hello, I am using .x-topbar { background-color: rgb(36, 102, 168) !important; padding-top: 25px !important; } in my global css to recolor the top bar, it appears correctly in cornerstone, but when I save and reload the webpage the top bar is still white, I tried with and without !important but neither work.

Thanks for writing to us.

I checked your site I can’t able to find your custom CSS. It might be the CSS syntax error because of that you CSS ishttp://csslint.net/ not rendering on the frontend. I would suggest you check your custom CSS from here.

It seems that you are using Stack as “Renew” so, you can go to X—>Theme Option —>Topbar background.
