Custom Code window not displaying properly

The window I get by clicking on the “Custom Code” icon in Cornerstone PRO changed to the attached image for no apparent reason. Clicking on Page CSS, Page JS or any other option doesn’t change the content. So I can not get to my Global CSS anymore. Any idea what could be the cause of this?
Patrick!

Hi Patrick,

Thanks for reaching out.
I have checked it in my local environment, but I am unable to replicate it. Can you please make sure that you are using the latest version of Pro or X? If not, please update and check. If that issue still persists, please provide login credentials for your site in a secure note to examine it further, including:

– WordPress Site URL & Login URL
– WordPress Admin username/password

To create a secure note, click the key icon underneath any of your posts.

Thanks

Thanks for your quick reply. Yes, I am on CS PRO 6.7.11 - Actually, I was on a previous version on the staging site which had the same problem. After updating to 6.7.11, the problem went away.
But the production site still has the problem. Could there be some corrupt file causing it? Is there a way to Reinstall 6.7.11 making sure all files are OK?
I gave you access to the site in the secured note.

Hello @pvallaeys,

I tried accessing your site dashboard, but it appears this user account does not have administrator privileges, which prevents us from accessing the WordPress Dashboard. Could you please update the account to have administrator permissions so we can check this from our end?

Thanks

Sorry, fixed!

Hey Patrick,

This looks like a plugin conflict. To troubleshoot, start by deactivating Custom Admin Interface Pro and Advanced Editor Tools to see if either is causing the problem.

Kindly let us know how it goes.

I tried deactivating both, purging all caches, but no success. Also, it does not do this on the staging site which is using all the same plugins, except for Site Kit by Google which is not activated on the staging site. I tried deactivating this one as well on the public site to make sure. Doesn’t make a difference.
I gave you access to the staging site in the secured note if that helps figuring out what is happening. Same username and PW as the public site.
Patrick

Hello Patrick,

Thanks for sharing the staging server login details. I went ahead and compared the settings. It seems that there might be an issue with the cache. This issue is often caused by aggressive caching. Please clear all caches from your caching plugin. If you’re using a server-level cache or CDN (such as Cloudflare), be sure to clear those caches as well. Alternatively, you can temporarily enable Developer Mode (especially in Cloudflare) while testing to prevent cached assets from interfering. In case you have not added extra data to the production, I would suggest you clone your staging server website to the production server.

Hope it helps
Thanks
