Custom "background" for section - Cornerstone

Hi, can someone point me in the right direction - what’s the best way to achieve a background like this, with these bluish sections (screenshot)? If I use the “top seperator” for the next section I get a bit similar result.

Or should I just use a background image?

The common way to achieve this is using the background image, still you can also try a few CSS tricks to get that. Please find the reference URL that may help you with that.
