My custom 404 is displaying the page title from the lastest post rather than “Page Not Found” which is what I name my page.
When I deactive the extension, it shows the default Wordpress 404 page along with the correct page title. I have tried resetting the permlink but still the same.

It has been found that the issue comes due to some plugin conflict. I would suggest you troubleshoot the Plugin Conflict issue.
If it’s fixed, you’ll know a plugin caused the problem, and you can narrow down which one by re-activating them one by one.
If that does not help, please provide login credentials for your site in a secure note to examine it further, including:
– WordPress Site URL & Admin URL
– WordPress Admin username / password
To create a secure note, click the key icon underneath any of your posts.
