Custom 404 is not working?

Hello I set up the 404 page and it doesn’t work, did I do something wrong?

Hey Katarina,

Thanks for posting in! Be advised that you haven’t set pretty permalinks yet. It will always returns a Not Found document. If you want to test your custom Error 404, check the link in the secure note.

Meanwhile, please go to Settings > Permalinks and set your desired permalink setting other than the default.
