Current theme 6.3.8 is not compatible with WooCommerce Wholesale Lead Capture plugin

I have consulted with the plugin support team and according to them the issue is from the current theme version in use. As the functionality is working fine with default theme i.e., storefront and twenty-seventeen.
We have updated the theme to current version but that didn’t solve the issue.

The pages in which I am facing the issues is :

• https://baydog.wphstaging.com/wholesale-registration-page/ (Now, with the updated theme “Password Strength is not showing any more. Previously it was only showing ‘Weak Password’ message.”)

When Theme version was 6.0.4

Now, when theme Version is 6.3.8
