I have newly purchased the updated version X 10.2.3 to replace X 4 version so that my website will not break in WP 6.2.
I have tried to “replace current with uploaded” method, but that caused a fatal error and my site was broken. The issue seems to be related to some plugins, and I have deleted those plugins by entering my website via Recovery Mode.
However, there is still one more issue left to solve, and that is to validate the Conerstone license.
The message on the WP site is “Themeco: This Conerstone license is not validated. Fix”. Once I click the link Fix, then I have to upload the Purchase Code which I did. After that I get the above message, cURL error 7. Failed to connect to community.theme.co port 443 after 72ms. Couldn’t connect to server. Can you help to solve this problem?

Can you please provide login credentials for your site in a secure note to examine it further, including:
– WordPress Site URL & Login URL
– WordPress Admin username/password
To create a secure note, click the key icon underneath any of your posts.

My earlier reply asked for the REFUND, but I have finally managed to successfully install and ACTIVATE the X Theme 10.3.2. The Cornerstone has also been VALIDATED successfully. This was achieved by creating a brand new WP 6.2 site using a different directory under the same domain, and without any other plugins, themes, data. Thank you for you trying to help me with this problem, and I would like to inform you that I DO NOT WANT the refund, as I will use X Theme to rebuild my website on WP 6.2.
