cURL error 60: SSL certificate problem: unable to get local issuer certificate

I’ve just bought and installed the Pro theme. However when I want to validate it brings up this error: cURL error 60: SSL certificate problem: unable to get local issuer certificate.

This is my third license but the first time i’m experiencing this issue. I’ve already contacted my hosting company and they advised that it is an error with the theme.
