CSS working in cornerstone, but not on front end

I have a simple CSS animation using @keyframes, which shows exactly as expected in cornerstone. However, on the front end it does not render?

I have tried to figure out what’s going on with the inspector, and i don’t believe there is other CSS interfering.

What am i missing?

Never mind. It seems CSS for another animation was not specific enough.
