How do I style “the content” part of the cart layout template page?

Need in particular shadow and padding

Regretfully there is no option to add any element style on the “The Content” element. In case if you want to add any style on that you need to learn CSS and learn how to use the browser’s element inspector. Please have a look at this article to learn more about how to add padding and shadow.
