CSS to make ONLY the home page transparent

Can you PLEASE look at my Custom Global CSS and let me know how to specifically write some code for the blog archive pages to give them a white background with a radius?

I have lots of Custom CSS to make the page containers do what I want but now the Blog Archive pages have a transparent BG, which we don’t want. Everything else is working fine with the recommended CSS rules, except for the blog archives.

THANK YOU!!!

Hey There,

Each page in WordPress has a custom class for the particular use case so for example the blog index has the class “.blog”. A category archive includes the class “.archive”.

By utilising those classes you can target specific pages. For example to set a white background for the blog overview page you could add custom css like:

.blog { body.blog { background: #FFF; }

Hope that helps!
