CSS to control styling of one link

I am having trouble adding the css to control a specific link - “Customer Booking form” link just below the main header. The url is http://woodlandsdogsuites.com/boarding/ .

I would like to change the color / font weight attributes particularly for the hover action on this link.

Also, how do I get the icon to have a darker circle around it the same as the “Hurricane Season Policy” heading further down the page (the orange section).
