CSS on convertplus form not reflected on front end

Hi there!

I have added CSS to style the HTML form in my convertplus modal. It looks fine in the Convertplus edit screen, but unfortunately, it doesn’t show on the front end.

It is this code, which i added through the Custom Code section in the Convertplus editor

    background-image: url('/wp-content/uploads/2018/03/user.png'); background-size: 20px;
    background-position: 10px 10px; 
    background-repeat: no-repeat;
    padding-left: 40px;
}

input[type="email"] {
    background-color: white;
    background-image: url('/wp-content/uploads/2018/03/envelop.png'); background-size: 20px;
    background-position: 10px 10px; 
    background-repeat: no-repeat;
    padding-left: 40px;
}



input[type="password"] {
    background-color: white;
    background-image: url('/wp-content/uploads/2018/03/key.png'); background-size: 20px;
    background-position: 10px 10px; 
    background-repeat: no-repeat;
    padding-left: 40px;
}

I tried adding the CSS to the customizer, but that screwed things op entirely.
