CSS issues - broken website content

Hi,

When I open the following website https://www.choosenow.nl/ in some versions of IE and Chrome the content looks broken.
It does work on:

  • Safari (OS) v12
  • Safari (iOS)

It does not seem to work on:

  • IE v11 (Windows 7)
  • Chrome v73.0.3683.86 (windows 7)

Unfortunately I cannot check if it has to do with windows 7, or if other browsers also show the issue.

Can you help me with this?

Hello Rik,

Thanks for writing in! Maybe you are just having a caching issue. Are you using CloudFlare or may have installed a caching plugin like WordFence, W3 Total Cache or WP Super Cache? Please keep in mind that after doing every updates, always remember to clear all caches when updating so that the code from the latest release is always in use. This will help you to avoid any potential errors.

Please also clear your IE11 browser’s cache or use private browsing mode (Incognito mode) and test your site again.

Thank you for your respons.
I was aware of it beging a possible cashing issue.
And I performed the exact steps you suggested (since I’m am using WP Super Cache indeed).
So I did emptied WP Super Cache. And I also emptied the cache of IE and Chrome.

Any other ideas?

Hi Rik,

I checked the website with Chrome, and it works ok for me. I suggest that you disable the cache entirely and let it be that way for a while and then clear your browser cache or check the website with other machines.

The fact that you see a problem and we do not is a typical case of cache problem, and we still have that as the main guess for the problem cause.
