This is an ongoing issue with this site. I’ve cleared the cache and added what I thought would work for the CSS. I’ve attached a screenshot since sometimes it affects the site and sometimes it doesn’t.

There are a lot of mixed content error on your site which might be causing the issue.
Please install the Better Search Replace plugin then do the following:
search for http://operahousekc.com and replace it with https://operahousekc.com and
search for http:\/\/operahousekc.com and replace it with https:\/\/operahousekc.com
Please make sure to backup your database before doing the steps above.
