Hello, I have a question regarding the sidebar on my website in the Icon theme. I would like to filter my recent posts in my sidebar by category. I know how to do this with shortcode but it changes the appearance of my posts. Is there a way to filter the sidebar by category but still have it appear like it does in this screen shot? My url is redangusworld.com. Thanks!
Hi There,
Thanks for writing in! In that case, you may try a third party plugin like recent posts by category (https://wordpress.org/plugins/recent-posts-by-category-widget/).
Please note that we cannot guarantee it’s compatibility with X as they are maintained by 3rd party developers.
Hope that helps.
