Resolved: In a fit of rage I deleted all other CSS on the page, leaving the list styling only… voila. It worked. For anyone else who may come across this issue: I think that the column margin settings (I had previously set some padding for the margins when I was still using 3 columns on the page) were somehow messing with things.

Having a small issue with some CSS that I have applied on an unordered list on my main page. (See the sticky notes in the section under carousel.)
Not entirely sure why, but the CSS works fine for normal window sizes then completely disappears if I resize my window to make it smaller. It reverts back to the original list style, without any custom styling at all (including simple things like bullets which I set to be none, and the custom font called inside the text element.)
Please advise where things have gone wrong? Thank you in advance.
