CSS Class for Sections

Hey, I am trying to add a dot overlay on top of one of my section backgrounds but am noticing that since the update, the “class” filed is no longer there. I used to accomplish this effect but utilizing that feature. Is there another way that I can achieve a dot overlay on my sections?
