CSS changes on Child theme not showing up

Hi,
Any time when I make any CSS changes to my Child theme, the changes don’t show up on the website until much later (few weeks to sometime months).

How can I fix this?

Thanks for reaching out.
It seems that the issue is related to the Cache. If you haven’t installed any of the cache plugins, please clear the Style Cache from X > Settings > System > Clear Style Cache.

Hi,
Is there an alternative solution to this? I’m using an old X Theme V4.3 and don’t really want to update it to prevent things from breaking.
