CS not available on just one of my CPT's

Hello,

up until a few days ago CS was available on all my CPT’s.

But suddenly it is not available on one of them, and i am unable to add it back again under CS settings.

I am using pods.

It is very odd as it is just one that it is ocurring for.

Hi,

Would you mind providing us with login credentials so we can take a closer look? Please provide following information:

Set it as Secure Note

  • Link to your site
  • WordPress Admin username / password

Hi Paul - yes, and actually it is now on all CPT’s - not just one.

Ill add a secure note with login info now.

Hi,

Try to update your theme and cornerstone to latest versions and see if that works.

Make sure to create full back up of your site before doing so.

Hi there,

I did just do this with no luck.

My CPT’s are still not showing up as eligible for CS…

Any other ideas?

ok, so i think i figured it out.

I had the box checked next to “exclude from search” in the adv options for each CPT.

Unchecking this seems to resolve the issue.

And now i took the plunge and update x and CS - without any hassles so far - so if thats what i got out of all this - great.
