CS Forms - nothing happens at form submission

Hi there,
what I’m doing wrong?

I’ve set-tup a Email action, but after submitting the form, nothing happens. I do not get any email, and also no submission is stored in Cornerstone->Form Submissions.
I have activate Form Submissions and set-up the Email Action, I’m also using Fluent SMTP and usually have no problems.

I followed the this Video-Tutorial.

If you need access to my WP, take I provided my data here.

Thanks!

Hey @xoa,

We could not find the WP access in the given thread.

Thanks.

Hey @ruenel
I attached a secure note here. Please take a look at it. Thanks.

Hello @xoa,

When submitting the form entry,

I am seeing an error in the console:

  • Invalid date format
  • Value in select is not a valid choice : Italien&quot

Use a test page and edit your form. Make sure that you have set up the fields and the choices properly.

Best Regards.

Hi @ruenel
Thanks for getting back do me.

Unfortunately, error handling is very difficult. And there are many things that don’t work well yet. (at least for me). I know CS Forms is very powerful and complex, but for now it has not maxed out it’s potential in user-friendlyness.

How am I supposed to know that the date-format is invalid if it is shown correctly in CS? Why can’t I get a warning that it is not valid right away in Cornerstone?

Why is this happening for example?

How can I import a whole list off all countries at once without adding every single one one by one.

Not having any animation or loading progress when the form is submitting is also a no-go, because I dont even know if it’s actually submitting or not.

What I’m also missing is adding a hyperlink to the label of a check-box. And many other things.

But for now my biggest issue is the error handling and user fiendlyness.
So I might stick to Fluent Forms for now and come back to CS Form in a few months when the biggest issues are sorted out.
