[cs_content_seo] appearing in social sharing posts, didn't understand other topic on this

I read the other post on this but I’m not familiar with function.php etc and could not figure it out., is there a way a non developer person can fix this? When I share my site on Facebook before the text below the image appears there is “[cs_content_seo]”, I don’t want that there.

Thank you!

Hi @gdub132,

Please kindly go to the page in question using Pro builder or Cornerstone and save the page again. That should fix the problem. You will need to have the latest version of the theme. Please kindly follow the steps mentioned in the article below to update your installation:

kindly get back to us with the result of the steps above and URL/User/Pass of your WordPress dashboard using the Secure Note functionality of the post to follow up the case if you still have problems.

Thank you.

Added the secure note, thanks.

Hi @gdub132,

Sorry that you’re having that issue, that is actually a known conflict with JetPack but has been fixed by our Dev Team, we could not provide an exact date when is the next update release though.

For now, please disable all the JetPack options under JetPack > Settings > Sharing.

And then debug the URL you shared on Facebook to make sure Facebook gets the new data on your site. You can do the Facebook debugging here, just paste your URL then click Debug and Scrape Again buttons.

Thank you for understanding,

Thanks! This worked.

We are delighted to assist you with this.

Cheers!
