In editor shows:

And cornerstone just shows the caution that all content will be removed if I load Cornerstone.

Hi there,
This happens when you have a page built in Cornerstone and edited the page in Text mode of Wordpress that is why you are seeing shortcodes and not the usual edit in Cornerstone button.
Please loading the page in Cornerstone and see if you are still able to retain the content with the correct Cornerstone layout. If you are able to then you should be able to continue making edits in Cornerstone.
If you are seeing blank contents in Cornerstone and do not have a backup of the page, you will have to recreate the page in Cornerstone.
